Wow...day two at ArtWalk was even busier than the first. I realized after closing that I had gone through more than an entire box of business cards...that's over 500 greetings, handshakes and explanations of my work! Here are a few more shots of new collectors, and I'm sorry to those not pictured, I spent the morning without my sweetie the photographer. Thank you to everyone that stopped by, you all made this a very special weekend for me.

Mission Federal Artwalk
There's still time left to visit the 2010 Mission Federal Artwalk. The artists had a great day yesterday, and booths were filled to the brim all day. I'm happy to report that many of my pastel paintings were headed to new homes by days end. If you're out and about today, stop by booth #310 at India & Cedar St. to say hello.

Painting a Day "Morning Shadows #4"
Palm and weeping willow trees seem like an odd combo to me, but this is how they appear in the park, along with some fiery red bushes in the background. It all makes for some interesting shadow play.
Painted on sanded pastel paper, this piece measures 9" x 12". It is offered here fully framed in a coordinating wood frame, ready to hang and enjoy. Buy it Now price: $225 + $40 to ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Thanks for looking. Updated 6/26/11: Sold!
