With the opening of the first showing of Frida Kahlo works, home furnishings and personal items in the United States just one day away, the art studios and galleries at NTC/Liberty Station here in San Diego are experiencing a bit of "Frida Mania!" We are lucky to host this show, which has come direct from the Frida Kahlo museum in Germany, right here in Barracks 3. One of the many preview events that was held to celebrate our good fortune here at Liberty Station was a "Paint your Frida" challenge hosted by La Onda Arte Latino Gallery in Barracks 19.
"Through the Smokey Mirror" is offered framed in a wide, brown, plein air style frame with UV/non-glare museum glass. Ready to hang and enjoy.
