Another of my larger format oil paintings, "Beneath the Oaks" was inspired by a walk through the San Diego back country. I've also painted this scene in pastel using a few different color themes, but I really think this is my favorite.

Painted on 1-1/2" thick gallery wrapped canvas, the sides of this piece are painted black and it is ready to hang, unframed.
