Daily Painters "Bird of Paradise"

Since I grew up with "the birds", it always catches me by surprise when tourists show such excitement over their pointed plumes. They remind me that I'll be spending this beautiful Memorial Day weekend in the garden, probably tending their masses. The weather here is sunny and clear, and it's already about 70 degrees at 9 a.m. A little trimming here, a little weeding there, then on to the business of grilling up the perfect rack of ribs and maybe checking out the downtown scene for a little dessert later this evening.

This piece is painted in soft pastel and measures 14" x 18". It is framed in wide dark wood with thin gold liner, and UV/non-glare museum glass. You can enjoy your very own "birds" without the clipper blisters :)
Buy it now price $475 + $40 to ship anywhere in the continental U.S. or Canada. Updated 2/13/12: Sold...and on its way to Sherwood, Oregon...thank you!
