Traveling to Carmel this summer provided many opportunities to capture beautiful images of the California coast line. Many of my favorite painting scenes are found along the rugged cliffs of Big Sur and points north. The distinctive shapes of the trees, along with the beautiful colors of the coastal vegetation always provide vivid memories for me.
